Intellias  created these websites to communicate with casual visitors and participants interested in our events and communication platform.

The above-mentioned data is collected based on your consent or other legal basis presented bellow and in compliance with applicable laws, along with required filings with data protection authorities, where required. You can send your consent by email to the address privacy@sheis.tech. 

We collect most non‐public personal information directly from you electronically. Intellias does not intentionally collect any sensitive information about you. 

 
* User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hash function works only in one direction – it is not possible to reverse it, which is now the modern standard for storing user passwords. 

When do we collect information? 

We collect information from you when you register at app.sheis.tech or sign up for an event at sheis.tech. We also receive and may store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses our platform. 

How do we use this data? 

Personal data submitted to us through the websites and personal data we collected from you will be used (processed) for the purposes specified in this Policy. 

If you are a citizen of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) or located there, we will process your personal data exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent. You can give consent to the processing of the personal data while submitting the form on our websites

Personal data processed by Intellias is not subject to profiling and automated decision-making. If you are a citizen of the United States of America or a person located in the USA, please be informed that Intellias does not sell your personal data.

• Our affiliates or subsidiaries that may help us process it

• Except in those specific, limited situations, without your consent, we will not make any disclosures of non‐public personal information to other companies who may want to sell their products or services to you. 

*If you are a сitizen of the UAE or located there, we may disclose your personal data only on the basis of your explicit consent. 

International data transfers 

Intellias operates globally and, therefore, personal data may be used in countries outside of the EU/EEA that may have less strict data protection regulations than those in the EEA. Upon providing us with the data, you agree on its transfer outside Ukraine and the EEA. For international transfers, we ensure the use of appropriate safeguards to handle your data securely. 

How long will we retain your personal data? 

We will retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, after which it will be deleted or archived except to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
